Dinner in a Hurry: Feast in 15

As much as I try to plan ahead, I still have days when the evening rolls around and I don’t know what’s for dinner. This most often happens when I’ve had a busy day or I’m sick and don’t have the energy to cook.

That’s where the new eBook Feast in 15 by Tiffany King (from Eat at Home) comes in. 39 pages of tips and recipes to get dinner on the table in 15 minutes. Recipes include soups, sandwiches, pasta and other tasty meals.
While some recipes only make the 15 minute cut by having pre-cooked meat in the freezer, most rely on pantry staples and simple cooking techniques. I like that most of the recipes don’t include highly-processed ingredients but add flavour with a few herbs and spices (but nothing too fancy or out there!). There are also options to suit your own tastes and what you have in the pantry.
All for the bargain price of $4.99. Buying this book (yes, I paid for it myself) is saving me money by not getting takeaway or tasteless ready-made meals. The recipes are simple enough I could even get my husband to cook!
I know I’m sounding like an infomercial, but I have found this book a great resource. It’s not a book of amazing cuisine, but if you struggle getting dinner on the table and/or are looking for simple, healthy meals, I recommend getting Feast in 15.
Available in pdf and Kindle formats, you can buy it here.
