Fruit Smoothie for Beginners

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water
  1. Peel the banana.
  2. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender, wizz it up for about a minute on maximum
  4. Pour into a glass and your smoothie is served!
